All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga

Further to the meeting of Monday 25th, Mangal Maharaj called me mentioning he'd spoken with Amit Prabhu ('Amit Goswami') regarding a bank account where foreign money can be sent. Mangal Maharaj suggested I also call Amit and directly hear from him.

Amit Prabhu mentioned and suggested in regard to registering the Primary Trust Board and opening a bank account:

-) If we make an International Trust, then we can open a bank account for receiving foreign funds. 

-) He heard that ISKCON first registered in Mathura, U.P. their International Trust, then with that registration proceeded to Bengal. 

-) At present there is no Govardhan Trust. Three pieces of land in Srila Gurudev's name. We need to make a Trust there, so it is good opportunity to make it an International Trust, not an Indian Trust.   If we register in U.P. it will be solid in law and will help to reduce future problems. 

-) If we try to make any Trust, etc. in Bengal we shall face again and again problems there due to the lawlessness of Bengal and the whole situation is very confused with everyone trying to get what they can. 

-) Even if those who are presently fighting for control of Nabadwip and other temples are ousted, the question is who will stay there and run those places? Everyone there only wants money, property and position. Whoever replaces them will be similar.

-) Kanailala and Madhumangal Prabhus and others are good persons in Govardhan. 

-) To set up the International Trust in U.P. and then open bank account can probably be done within 10 or 15 days, but the international devotees on the Trust will need to come in person and be together for signing, etc. 

-) Through registered International Trust we can open a bank account for foreign funds quickly.

-) This is a very good time to register Govardhan as International Trust. Here we can get strong papers, then proceed to Bengal. This is how Srila Swami Maharaj Prabhupad proceeded. First U.P. then with those papers he went to Bengal. We can do similar, and go to Ekachakra, Hapaniya, Bamunpara, and eventually to Nabadwip. Also Puri we can go with these papers.

-) In Nabadwip the current court cases of the different Trusts, etc. will take a long time, maybe 10 years to sort out. If we wait for this, Guru Maharaj's name will be finished in India as well as Gurudev's name because in India everyone is trying to get for themselves, not preaching for Guru Maharaj and Gurudev.

-) In Govardhan, real Gurudev is there, 100% he is helping. If we try in Govardhan, he will help us.
